I had an absolutely wonderful week at Once Chiang Mai Home! The character of the place really struck me; it felt like home with its charming interior design. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was not only clean but also provided a serene atmosphere for a great night’s sleep. On the flip side, my only minor issue was a noisy neighbor, but it didn’t ruin my experience. Overall, it’s a gem in Chiang Mai! 😍

My stay at Once Upon a Time was truly good. The hotel is beautifully designed and located in a quiet part of Chiang Mai's old town, making it easy to explore on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. although the water pressure in the shower could use improvement. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience that I would revisit without hesitation.
